Acorn Health Visitor

When Acorn Health Visitor approached me, the vision was clear: to support families during the often chaotic early years of parenthood. The client wanted to connect with parents who were feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and in need of gentle, practical guidance with sleep, routines, and family life. We created a brand identity that reflects this support: calm, nurturing, and grounded. Soft, natural tones paired with clean, comforting design elements help communicate a sense of security and trust. The result is a brand that feels like a warm exhale. A visual safe space that reassures families they’re not alone and help is here.

Coffee Inspiration

I've had the pleasure of working with Coffee Inspiration since the very beginning, over ten years ago. From creating their original brand identity to supporting them through years of steady growth, it’s been an incredible journey. As the business evolved, so did their vision and we recently developed a refreshed logo and updated visual identity and website design to reflect the next phase of their growth. The new look stays true to their roots while bringing a more refined, confident energy to match where the brand is heading. It’s been a joy to help shape their story and continue supporting their success.

Continental Shutters

Continental Shutters came to me as a bold new startup, full of energy and ready to make a real difference in the home improvement space. With a clear focus on delivering secure, great-looking garage doors and a flexible, customer-first approach, they’re already carving out a strong reputation. The brand we created reflects both their strength and agility. Inspired by the movement of the shutters themselves, the identity is dynamic, direct, and unmistakably confident. It’s a brand built to grow with them as they establish themselves as a formidable force in the industry.

Dance Julie Holland

Julie came to me after years of success in the dance industry, having built and grown two thriving dance schools. Her business had evolved, and it was time for her brand to reflect that transformation. She wanted an identity that truly represented who she is today, a respected figure in the world of ballroom dance. Together, we created a brand that captures the elegance, poise, and refinement of ballroom, while honouring her legacy and setting the stage for future growth. The result is a sophisticated, graceful identity that mirrors both Julie’s professionalism and the artistry of her work.

Embrace Charity

When Embrace first approached me, they were known as BDCPS, a name that, while meaningful, was difficult to remember and didn’t reflect the vibrant, inclusive spirit of the charity. As they approached their 75th year, it was the perfect moment for a rebrand and a long-overdue new identity. I led a series of four brand strategy sessions with trustees, employees, and service users to ensure every voice was heard. The result was Embrace! A name and visual identity full of warmth, joy, and personality, capturing the incredible energy and impact of the work they do. I believed in their mission so much, I joined the charity as a trustee and continue to support them in their journey.

TedX Wilmington

I had the incredible opportunity to work as Creative Director for TEDxWilmington in the US. A project that was all about sparking conversation and creating meaningful connections. From developing the event branding to designing experiences that encouraged free thinking, collaboration, and idea-sharing, the goal was clear: build a space where diverse voices could meet and inspire one another. The result was a bold, vibrant identity and an atmosphere full of curiosity and energy, everything a TEDx event should be. A true fusion of ideas, creativity, and community.

Natalie is one of the nicest and most positive people I have worked with. Her knowledge is fantastic and she asks clients questions that really get them thinking, helping them be a part of their branding and design journey. It's clear she does her research and it really feels like she becomes part of the businesses she is helping. Her delivery of workshops is fantastic and well-structured making sure people's time is used perfectly. I can't wait to work with her again in the future.
